Jane Weaver is a health editor and award-winning senior writer for MSNBC.com. She regularly writes features and produces special reports on a wide range of consumer health topics, from autism to cosmetic surgery, and was the recipient of a 2004 Knight Science Fellowship. Jane has been with MSNBC since 1996 and has made numerous appearances on MSNBC, CNBC, in Webcasts and the radio. She is the host of MSNBC's medical podcast, "The Body Odd." Weaver honed her skills as a writer and reporter in New York City for more than a decade writing for various publications, including the New York Times.
