NEW YORK — At first glance, it looked like a smaller, younger version of Star Jones was on “The View.” Turns out it was singer Brandy, guest-hosting on the daytime talk show.
She didn’t say much, not even during a segment on tattoos when she had earlier admitted she had five tattoos.
Even so, Barbara Walters told Brandy she was “adorable” at the end of the episode. Brandy said she felt like she was home. She’ll guest host again on Friday.
It hasn’t been officially announced that the guest hosts are trying out to replace Jones , but this was the way Elisabeth Hasselbeck got her job.
