Paris Hilton dropped into celebrity shopping hot spot Intuition for some very special merchandise yesterday. The socialite spent around $10,000 buying up baby clothes and accessories for her friend and “Simple Life” costar Nicole Richie. Richie is four months pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Joel Madden.

Hilton filled up about a dozen shopping bags with items that included a $58 jumpsuit with the cute slogan “Don’t You Wish Your Mama Was Hot Like Mine,” a snuggler blanket by baby JaR which retails for $68 and a $50 couture koala bear made of Australian sheepskin hair by Flatout.

Madden wasn’t left out of the fun. As a gift for the soon to be first time dad, Hilton grabbed a guy friendly diaper bag by Diaper Dude.

No word yet on whether Richie’s first baby will be a boy or girl. Hilton was seen looking at clothes in both blue and pink. She snatched up a bunch of onesies and a pair of black leather baby shoes and socks by Trumpette.

Of course, the shopping-addicted Hilton couldn’t resist snatching up some items for herself including four pairs of Dita Sunglasses and a dress by Black Halo. She also picked up two specially monogrammed Market Bags by Jaye Hersh. The market bag is a hot ticket item among young Hollywood celebrities Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Vanessa Minnillo, Jessica Alba, Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson.
