While pregnant girlfriend Camila Alves is away, Matthew McConaughey plays. Spies for Star magazine recently caught the “Fool’s Gold” star partying the night away at a bar in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, where he allegedly made fast friends with the female patrons. But Matthew says the publication only got part of the story right.

“(Matthew) was acting like an out-of-control 18-year-old,” said a Star source who spotted all the action at the Iguana Bar. “He already seemed to be drunk when he arrived alone, and he only got worse from there on.”

As the evening went on, Matthew was said to enjoy the company of several women, “throwing his arms around them and trying to kiss them, and trying to dirty-dance with a few out on the floor.” But his moves weren’t so smooth, as the witness added, “He was a mess, slurring his words and stumbling around.”

Apparently he stumbled so much, he lost track of his shoes somewhere along the way.

“A few minutes after he finally left the bar, someone found him searching through a sewage ditch outside,” the source said. “When they asked him what he was doing, he mumbled, 'I've lost my flip-flops!'”

The New York Daily News, which also reported tales from the actor’s wild night, received an e-mail wherein Matthew denied he put the moves on any fellow bargoers but fessed up to the rest of his boozing behavior.

“Drunk? Absolutely,” Matthew wrote. “Nicaragua is a beautiful place, epic waves, the best surfing I have ever been on. And, yes, I'm STILL looking for my left flip-flop. So if anyone finds it floating around down there (it has 6:22 stitched into the side), please send it my way. There is a reward.”

Brangelina already planning for next baby
The impending arrival of twins might lead some parents to postpone future brood-broadening efforts but not Brangelina. OK! magazine reports that expecting couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are already planning to adopt another child.

“Angie and Brad have wanted an African boy for the last couple of years,” an insider revealed. “They were initially going to have that adoption follow the addition of Pax last year, but that all changed when Angie got pregnant with twins last fall.”

Now the adoption will have to take place after the twins are born. The in-the-know source said the pair was well into the process of adopting a baby from Ethiopia before learning of Angelina’s latest pregnancy.

Dish on the fly
Though she and her famous family helped perfect the genre, Sharon Osbourne can’t stand what passes for reality TV nowadays. “They are all train wrecks,” she told “Opie & Anthony” of shows following in the footsteps of “The Osbournes.” “All it is now is a lot of lower-rung celebrities that they've turned into bad actors. None of it is real.” … Ashley Olsen and her boyfriend, Justin Bartha, were spotted out and about together for the first time Monday night. The New York Post’s Page Six reports the new couple took in a screening of “Trumbo” at the Cinema Society, and an eyewitness told the paper, “They huddled close together most of the night.” … While preparing for his part in the movie “Wanted,” James McAvoy put on nearly 28 pounds. He told the Sunday Mirror that credit for his bulky physique goes to an unpleasant special diet and, even worse, exercise. “I'd rather eat dog poo than go to the gym,” James said. “Sometimes my trainer pushed me so hard I was on my knees wanting to be sick. He made me eat really horrible food, but it seemed to do the trick.”
