Twelve-year old Joey Yarwick was the winner of this year's Next Gourmet Burger Kids recipe contest. His winning burger will be featured in a cookbook, and will also be served in Red Robin restaurants. Says Yarwick of his burger: “It's a burger like no other and each bite is a trip to France.” Here's the recipe for his winning creation!

Au Brie Burger a la Francais
Joey Yarwick

INGREDIENTS

Ground sirloin
1 ounce Brie cheese
Croissant
2 ounces au gratin potatoes, homemade or store-bought
Pommes frites (french fries)

DIRECTIONS

Stuff the cubes of Brie inside the sirloin to make a stuffed burger. Grill over medium heat. Make the potatoes au gratin. Top the burger patty with the potatoes and sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary. Serve on croissant with a side of pommes frites.
