Although Heidi and Spencer Pratt are receiving the lion’s share of the publicity surrounding “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,” sources close to the Costa Rican set say that it's contestant Patti Blagojevich who is emerging as a favorite.

“She’s really like the mom of the camp,” says the source. “Heidi and Spencer really overshadowed her — and really everyone — while they were here, but Patti is the one people are rooting for.”

Many reality show contestants agree to doing a show because they have aspirations of a long-term career in television. Is that the case with Blagojevich?

One person who knows her says that she’s not looking to strike a deal once she’s out of the jungle.

Slideshow: Welcome to the jungle “Patti really misses the life she used to have,” says the friend. “She’s glad to be liked (on the show) and she’s glad to have the opportunity, but she’s doing ‘I’m a Celebrity’ more to clear the family name, show they’re good people. Not to have a career in show biz.”

Blagojevich, of course, is the wife of former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, who was impeached and removed from office in January.

He's made the news lately too, appearing at a Chicago comedy show, "Rod Blagojevich, Superstar," that lampoons his political career, and even getting in a plug asking people to vote for Patti to stay on her show.

No last-minute edits for ‘Brüno’
Don’t let free passes to a June 16 screening of Sacha Baron Cohen’s new film, “Brüno,” fool you. Some may think the freebies mean that the studio is filling theaters to test the movie, or bowing to early criticism that the film is too controversial, but that's not the case.

“There will be no changes to the film — it’s locked,” said a rep from Universal, which is distributing “Brüno.” “The passes are not for research screenings, but for press screenings, (and other audience members) are being recruited to fill the theater.”

Reps from the studio who were on hand to distribute the passes in New York were diligent about making sure volunteers knew what they were in for.

“Do you know who this man is?” said one rep, pointing to a photo of Bruno. “This film might not be for you. Many people think it crosses lines of good taste. Are you sure you want to see it?”

Nearly naked Gisele doesn’t sell
Slideshow: Celebrity Sightings
Either it’s a sign of the times or a sign that supermodel Gisele Bundchen’s star is fading.

The May issue of Vanity Fair, in which Bundchen appears nearly naked on the cover (and inside the magazine, claimed that Tom Brady’s son is “100 percent” hers) is the lowest-selling issue of the publication in nearly two years.

Reps for Vanity Fair confirm that the issue sold only 280,000 single-sale copies.

“It might be that she’s losing her looks,” spokeswoman Beth Kseniak joked to the New York Observer.
