A rep for LeAnn Rimes has hit back at rumors that the singing powerhouse is heading for divorce court.

“Contrary to any tabloid rumor, LeAnn is not seeking a divorce,” the star’s rep said in a statement.

The statement comes on the heels of a report sent out by In Touch Weekly on Thursday, which claimed Rimes told husband Dean Sheremet she is ready to file for divorce and is hoping to be with Eddie Cibrian, with whom she starred in Lifetime movie “Northern Lights” in March.

Thursday’s divorce rumors aren’t the first marital rumors to hit Rimes of late.

Earlier this year, in the run-up to the release of their Lifetime film, Us Weekly alleged that Rimes and Cibrian were having an affair, a report shot down by Cibrian himself.

“Other than being friends and two actors who were romantically intertwined in a movie-for-television we filmed last fall, there is no truth to the reporting initiated by Us (Weekly),” Cibrian said in a statement to Access Hollywood at the time.

But earlier this month, the wife of Cibrian, Brandi Glanville, told Us Weekly that Rimes is a “stalker.”

“She refuses to leave us alone — it is shameful and scary,” Glanville claimed. “People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance.”

Rimes, however, refused to be drawn into the fray.

“It is what it is,” she previously told People. “I can’t control other people but I can control what I say and what I don’t. I refuse to get down on any one else’s level and I’m going to take the high road on everything.”
