It's a good thing Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel landed a spot on VH1's "Celeb Rehab."

Donald Trump says she wouldn't have been a good fit for his NBC reality show "Celebrity Apprentice."

"She called; she wanted to be on the show ... but we just don't see her as a celebrity in any sense," he told UsMagazine.com Saturday at the 12th Annual HollyRod Foundation Design Care event in Beverly Hills. "What she did in life is not the greatest, right? What she did is not exactly the kind of thing that makes for 'Celebrity Apprentice.'"

He told Us he doesn't think "Celebrity Rehab" will improve her public image much, either. (A source tells Us she is going on the show because she's addicted to love.)

"I have seen people who are on that show, and I just don’t think that she is particularly good for them," he told Us. "Maybe it will work out well for her. I hope it does work out well for her, actually. She very much wanted to be on ['Celebrity Apprentice']; it just couldn’t work out if she was going to do the other show."

Uchitel isn't the only celeb he's had to say "no" to.

"We have nine or 10 people for every slot," Trump told Us, "so we have a lot of people that, unfortunately, we have to turn down."
