Video: Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston call it quits again

  1. Closed captioning of: Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston call it quits again

    >>> now says it's over with levi johnston. maybe she means it this time. let's get the scoop from courtney hazelet. hi, courtney .

    >> i know this is near and dear to your heart. this is something a little brett favre about all this engagement business. apparently there's talk that levi johnston may have fathered a baby with another girl. you can head to your newsstands in the next week or so and figure out hwho she is.

    >> he told bristol about it.

    >> or she found out about it. i think we should all just be stunned that 19 year olds can't get their act together.

    >> did she dump him, is that what happened?

    >> she had enough. she had enough.

    >> for now.

    >> i joke about it, but the sad thing is they have a child together and you would like them to have a solid, stable place for this child to grow up. maybe they can get past this and just be really good friends. there's nothing wrong with that at this point. the old friends line.

    >> the next topic.

    >> gisele speaking of pregnancy people were outraged when she looked so good after having her baby. she posed in a bathing suit and also gave an interview and talked about the importance of breastfeeding and widely agreed upon, but what she did was cross the line slightly when she said there should be a law that forces moms to breast feed their newborns for six months. she's taking a moment to clarify that now, "my intention in making comment about the importance of breastfeeding has nothing to do with the law. it comes from my passion and beliefs about children becoming a new mother has brought a lot of questions. i feel like i'm in constant search for answers on what might be best for my child." people want to know what it's like to be a mom, this beautiful mom, and the mom that lost all the weight. what are the tricks and what did she learn? when you're under that pressure you end up saying things that could be looked at too literally or under too much of a microscope.

    >> you're a gisele sympathizer.

    >>> finally talking about betty white , america's grandmother. cloris leachman is 84 and while promoting chloroloris leachman's, of course, this is a joke, but it would be funny if they had a real-life feud. that got me to thinking, just how much television has betty white done in the last year. since january 1 , 2010 , this is it by the numbers. she has appeared in 13 episodes of television shows . she's hosted one show, that's "snl." made six different late night appearances on various late-night shows and three award shows. that doesn't count any of her other work in promoting her causes. she was on msnbc promoting a literacy program.

    >> you look at those numbers and it's almost like she's doing more television now than when golden girls was on.

    >> it does seem that way.
