Montag fears her nose will 'fall off like Michael Jackson's'

Just one week after the death of celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, his most notorious client, former reality star Heidi Montag, admits she regrets parts of her mega-makeover.

“I've had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November,” Montag told Life and Style magazine. “The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. I don't want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson's.”

In addition to her no-nose paranoia, Montag also stated that she’s unhappy with her G-cup breast augmentation, which made up just one of the 10 procedures Dr. Ryan preformed in one day last year.

“I'm desperate to go back to normal," the “Hills” alum said. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

Lindsay's dad hopes for post-rehab reunion
After putting a brief rehab stint and an even shorter jail stay behind her, actress Lindsay Lohan may now mix and mingle with whomever she’d like.

It’s a freedom the 24-year-old exercised when she spent time with mother, Dina Lohan, and more recently, visited with off-again on-again girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Now estranged dad Michael Lohan hopes he’s the next in line for a post-rehab reunion with LiLo.

“All I want is a relationship with my daughter,” the always outspoken father told Radar Online. “Hopefully, Dina and the other people around Lindsay will do the right thing and finally get on the same page as me.”

Of course, given the family man’s tabloid tell-all habits, he might have a hard time convincing his daughter or those close to her to get on that page. Still, he insisted, “If we were, most of this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.”

If early “Dancing With the Stars” casting rumors hold true, “Jersey Shore’s” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will soon add a B for ballroom to his GTL routine.

While the man best known from his six-plus-pack would be expected to go foot-to-foot with other celebrities, “Dancing” vet-turned-co-host Brooke Burke suspects Sorrentino might just face a different sort of challenge from one of the show’s toned pros.

“It would probably be a competition between Maksim (Chmerkovskiy) and him about who would take their shirts off more often,” Burke told George Lopez on a recent episode of “Lopez Tonight.”

Unfortunately, ballroom fans looking forward to a dance-floor ab-off could be disappointed, as the “Dancing” co-host warned of a possible hitch in the hot-guy showdown — the frequently shirt-free Chmerkovskiy might stay buttoned up.

“They're trying to keep Maks' shirt on right now, actually!”

Lopez failed to ask Burke the obvious all-important follow up questions, including “Who are ‘they’?” and “Why on earth would these people want to do a thing like that?!”

Photographers snapped the singer out and about in Brazil last week wearing a long and loose brown dress, otherwise known as the Maternity Maxi Dress from A Pea in the Pod. … The love match between Miley Cyrus and her “The Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth is no more. According to a source who spoke with Gossip Cop, the pair parted ways “pretty recently.” Hemsworth himself later confirmed the news to Radar Online, simply stating, “It’s true.”
