You can "like" the U.K.'s queen beginning Monday, but you can't be "friends" with her, according to British media reports.

Facebook told msnbc.com that the link will go live at 8 a.m. GMT.
The BBC said Facebook users will be able to receive news, features and video updates about the queen by clicking the "like" button on the page.
The page will also feature information about details of royal events and ceremonies as well as the Court Circular, the official record of the previous day's royal engagements, according to reports.
The page is a collaboration between Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and the Royal Collection, British media reported.
Slideshow: Life of a queen (on this page)The Scotsman noted that the page is not a personal profile, therefore, users can't ask the Queen to be a Facebook friend.
Facebook features a "poke" feature to gain a friend's attention by placing an icon on a person's page, but that won't be in play either.
But the Scotsman did poke fun at what a royal status update (the place on Facebook where users tell followers what's on their minds) might look like: "ONE has just returned from saying farewell to HMS Ark Royal. Not allowed to take the helicopter because of the cuts. Was even asked for one's ticket on the train."
The Facebook page is the latest royal foray into the virtual world, media including the Daily Mail noted.
Buckingham Palace earlier this year opened a Flickr photo-sharing account that already hosts more than 1,400 images.
The @BritishMonarchy Twittter account has 70,000 followers and has posted more than 4,500 tweets. A YouTube channel was established in 2007.
The queen is also known to email her grandchildren.
