All's well that ends well between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller?

We wouldn't go that far, but things are now civil enough between the estranged duo that Mueller will apparently not be petitioning a judge to make her temporary restraining order against Sheen go the three-year distance.

The TRO, acquired March 1 after Sheen got a little too relaxed about the, er, exciting living situation at his Mulholland Heights home while his and Mueller's 2-year-old twin sons were staying with him, is set to expire tomorrow. A court rep confirms that a hearing on the order has been canceled.

Attorneys for Sheen and Mueller have not yet responded to requests for comment.

When Mueller petitioned for the restraining order, she claimed that Sheen over the last year had threatened her, knocked her to the ground and told her he "should have killed her" when he had the chance after attacking her on Dec. 25, 2009.

After the order was approved, twins Bob and Max were removed from Sheen's home later that night and returned to Mueller and her mother, who is sharing in the caretaking duties while her daughter completes a sober-living program.

Though they had seemingly settled their differences in divorce court last month, the latest questionable behavior on Sheen's part set off a new round of negotiations.

Report: CBS bigwig wants Sheen back

Not to assume they won't be visiting their dad on the road, but it seems as if Mueller will have plenty of uninterrupted quality time with the kids while her ex is off touring the country, firing violent torpedoes of truth at thousands of paying customers.
