If Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand are planning for lots of kids, they're all set!

The sprawling estate may look familiar to TV fans: It was featured on season one of "The Bachelor"! RadarOnline reports that Perry, 26, and Brand, 35, purchased the property from Daniel Lakin, the former CEO of National Lampoon, who was sentenced to 45 months in prison for stock manipulation charges.

Built in 1925, the Spanish-style home is a staggering 8,835 square feet and features nine bathrooms, a guest house, a home cinema, a grotto-style swimming pool, stain-glass windows and more.
