David Dayan Fisher, best known for his TV roles in "NCIS" and "24" and as the villain in "National Treasure," was booked on felony battery charges for allegedly attacking his neighbor, the LAPD's Hollywood Station confirms to E! News.

Will Smith shines in 'Men in Black III'
According to Hollywood police, Fisher was involved in a dispute Thursday with his neighbor over whether some swimming pool towels had been hung up.
The actor allegedly struck and choked the victim, who is currently in the hospital going through tests.
Fisher, meanwhile, remains in jail. His rep has not yet responded to request for comment.
